Restoration Body Mind Enterprises established 2024, is a veteran owned rehabilitation, wellness coaching, and personal training service. What 11 years serving in the Army Airborne, and as of 2021, the community at large as Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) injuries are common and most preventable. 

 

With the continued expansion of knowledge through social media platforms, correct or not, I have determined that there needs to be an avenue for those seeking their better self to have a friend and collaborator who does not believe in what was done in the past is still effective now.  Evidence Based practice is the foundation for the services I provide.

Restoration Body Mind Enterprises aims to be at the forefront of the health and wellness field and provide both in person and virtually accessible quality physical therapy services, personal training services, wellness and physique coaching, nutrition recommendations, and mind body connections that will help individuals live a healthy and functional lifestyle. 

 

• I am committed to provide individuals with quality physical therapy services (New Braunfels and surrounding area) to help them participate in all the activities/ sports that they enjoy.

• I am committed to promote health and wellness and provide the community locally and virtually with preventative care to minimize injuries and maintain activity levels.

• I am committed to provide quality evidence-based practices to ensure safe efficient fitness training in the pursuit of the weekend warrior/ athlete (Spartan, Tough Mudder, 5K, Cross Fit) or for those in pursuit of the next level physique (general wellness, competition preparation)
